What is a tithe?
The word tithe means a tenth, or 10 percent. A tithe is the first 10 percent of your income. An offering is anything given above and beyond the tithe.

Why do we tithe?
Tithing teaches us to honor God and place Him first. It reminds us that God is the source of everything we have and invites us to trust His provision.
